Math Competition Training

From public school curriculum foundations to a full-spectrum pathway toward top North American math contests
Dedicated to helping students earn competition certificates and achieve Top 5% honors or higher

Target Students

• Students with a strong math foundation who wish to participate in competitions early to enhance their university application profile
• Students who want to get ahead of their school curriculum and deepen mathematical rigor in preparation for contests
• Students aiming to pursue mathematics, computer science, engineering, economics, statistics, or related majors at top universities in the U.S. or Canada
• Students seeking to solidify their high school math foundation, strengthen logical reasoning, and broaden and deepen their understanding of mathematics
• Students preparing for intensive pre-competition training to secure certificates and strong rankings

Course Highlights

• Problem sets primarily drawn from past exams of the University of Waterloo math contest series, Canadian Open Mathematics Challenge (COMC), American Mathematics Competitions (AMC), American Invitational Mathematics Examination (AIME), Harvard-MIT Mathematics Tournament (HMMT), and USA Mathematical Olympiad (USAMO)
• Comprehensive instruction covering algebra, geometry, combinatorics and probability, as well as number theory (including integer-based problems), with targeted reinforcement based on the competition season
• A structured, step-by-step progression that deepens conceptual understanding, cultivates long-term academic interest, and steadily elevates competition performance; offered in three terms per year, with flexible entry points
• Free assessment and placement by level; online classes include recorded replays and detailed notes; instructors provide Q&A support and homework feedback; regular communication through class groups

Elementary & Middle School Math Program

Target Students: Grade 3-8

Program Goals

Emphasize engaging, interest-based learning to spark enthusiasm for mathematics while strengthening computational skills, logical reasoning, and spatial awareness.

Through long-term training, expand competition-level knowledge and improve performance in contests such as Kangaroo Math Competition, Canadian National Mathematics League (CNML), Gauss Mathematics Contest (Grades 7/8), AMC 8, and Beaver Computing Challenge (BBC).

Junior Math Compititions

Course Types

· Grade 3-6 Fun Math Foundations (Full Year, 20 sessions)
· AMC 8 Advanced Level (Q1–20)
· AMC 8 High-Level (Q15–25)
· Gauss 7/8 Advanced Level (Q1–23)
· Gauss 7/8 High-Level (Q15–25)
· Kangaroo Competition Prep Grades 3-4 / Grades 5-6

High School Junior Math Competition Program

Target Students: Grade 8-10

Program Goals

During the Junior stage, school math content is relatively straightforward. Competition training helps students build a solid foundation for the entire high school curriculum in advance, while deepening knowledge in advanced functions, combinatorics and probability, number theory, and geometry.

Students enhance overall high school mathematical ability, develop confidence in tackling challenges, and begin early academic planning to clarify their direction before Grades 11 and 12.
